Why Barcelona has failed to sack club manager Ronald Koeman?

Barcelona is yet to sack Dutch Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman after series of deliberation at the Catalan club.

It's been an amazing one despite the clear indication that the club is heading no way with him in charge.

While Barcelona is languishing in the 9th position in the La Liga standing, the need to revisit the technical department beckons at the Catalan club soonest.

Munoz has been sacked as Watford’s coach and so should the Dutch tactician go having failed to replicate the renaissance of Guardiola and Frank Rijkaard at the club.

The joy in the Nou Camp is waxing cold as the quality Samuel Eto'O and Ronaldinho Gaucho showed at Barcelona is really lacking in the pitch.

So many new faces at the current team are lacking continuity coupled with them not having a star name for Barcelona’s respect and fear factor.

Koeman’s continued stay at Barcelona is a mark of disillusion from the Barcelona egghead while they continue to struggle in Europe like we’ve seen this season.

Losing 3-0 to Benfica tells the whole story of Barcelona’s current season woes while the exit of Lionel Messi and Athletico’s Antonio Greizmann is a question mark for the days ahead.

It’s obvious where the problem lies and the delay in getting to the root of it all says much about Barcelona’s dealings at the club.

Koeman seems to have a long leg at the club amid his unwillingness to resign as the club boss.

He’s failed to manage the group having issues with star names like Messi and Greizmann. Such an issue could have led to their exit as you could imagine the fortune both players could have afforded Barcelona currently at the moment.

Having Memphis Depay and Martin Braithwaite alone is not good enough for a team of Barcelona's class and pedigree.

While Koeman couldn’t intensity the quest to bring in Arsenal’s skipper Pierre- Emerick Aubameyang at Nou camp despite reported interest from Barcelona.

That could have helped at least as Argentines Sergio “Kun” Aguero’s currently out injured.

There is a rapid need for a change in Barcelona’s managerial position while they get rid of Koeman (Ronald) in the bid to revive Barcelona’s season for good.
