Yaya Toure set ‘To Arrive London’ Ahead Of Premier League Move

Three-time Premier League winner, Yaya Toure is expected back in London later this week and reportedly has his heart set on a move back to the Premier League.

As per Sky Sports News, Toure, who was granted British citizenship in August, has his family home in London and has already rejected offers from the Chinese Super League and MLS.

Toure quit Olympiakos ‘by mutual agreement' this week after making just five appearances for the Greek giants.

The 35-year-old was substituted in each of his three starts for the club, coming off at half-time of a shock defeat to OFI Crete.

The reasons for his departure are believed to centre around the club not being able to afford his pay-as-you-play deal as their budget came under financial restrictions.

The Manchester City and Ivory Coast legend left City in the summer after scoring 79 goals in 316 games for the club over eight seasons.

Toure’s agent Dimitry Seluk sparked rumours of a London move in the summer prior to his switch to Greece, although later denied interest from both West Ham and Crystal Palace.
