West Ham 3-2 Leicester: Iheanacho Unable To Cancel Lingard’s Brace

Super Eagles star Kelechi Iheanacho scored two goals for Leicester City but wasn’t enough to salvage a point for the Foxes as they lost 3-2 to an impressive West Ham side in a five-goal thriller match.

A first-half Jesse Lingard brace and an early second-half goal by Jarrod Bowen gave Brendan Rodgers' side a huge hill to climb.

Kelechi picked up the ball from Ricardo Pereira on the edge of the hosts’ box in the 70th minute, the Nigerian striker smashed home from 25 yards out.

The left-footed effort flashed past goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski who couldn’t keep it out.

The Super Eagles forward completed his brace in the 90th minute.
