Kaizer Chiefs battled Cape Town City in a round 9 PSL game at the FNB Stadium on Tuesday evening.
Buoyed by their 2-1 victory over Sekhukhune United last Wednesday, Chiefs looked to pick up another league win at home, however, Ntseki's side stuttered to another defeat as Khanyisa Mayo headed Cape Town City ahead in the second half to edge out a hard-fought 0-1 win for the visitors.

The loss meant that AmaKhosi have now lost their last four home games against Cape Town City in the Premier Soccer League.
The last time Chiefs defeated Cape Town City at home in the league was on 12 January 2020.

Goalless at the break
Kaizer Chiefs settled quickly into the game with Pule Mmodi forcing Darren Keet into a smart save as early as the 10th minute.
Molefi Ntseki's men continued mounting the pressure on the visitors forcing them to camp at their own half, however, many efforts coming in from Maart, Du Preez and Mmodi met obstructions.
Cape Town City for much of the half sat on a low profile but they went inches close to breaking the deadlock from a Mayo header five minutes before the break.
The last chance of the first half fell to Christian Basomboli who had some space in the area to guide his direction but he headed wide off the target.
Khanyisa Mayo second half strike condemns Chiefs
The second half started in like manner as the first half with Chiefs probing; nonetheless, the Citizens broke the deadlock as Khanyisa Mayo nodded them ahead 12 minutes into the second half.
Darwin Gonzalez and Tahir Goedeman had a sweet interchange of passes to set up Mayo who headed ferociously into the back of the net!
Down against the run of play, Ntseki brought on Keagan Dolly and Ranga Chivaviro for Mmodi and Saile.
The changes improved AmaKhosi's resolve even as they came close to finding the equalizer from an Ngcobo header inside the last quarter of the game.
The PSL giants kept on pushing for that equalizing goal through close range efforts from substitutes Dolly and Chivaviro but neither found the target as it finished 0-1 in favour of Cape Town City.
For Chiefs, the stuttering campaign continued and have now lost 3, drawn 2 and won 1, they're 7th on the table.
